I need a calm and quiet, adult only home where I can settle in at my own pace. I will need a kind resident dog to take me under their wing. I have never met cats. I will need a secure garden while I get used to my new home. i have never been on walks, but may be too scared and will need some time. I have never lived in a home so I will need help to learn house training. I have had a pea size cyst removed from my right shoulder at the time of spay. Rachel is a very scared girl who has come to us from a breeder. She is understandably overwhelmed by her new surroundings and clearly hasn’t had much socialisation before. However, since being with us, she has slowly started to show small signs of progress as she begins to realise she is safe. She is looking for a home with adopters experienced with scared ex-breeding dogs who can provide the reassurance and stability she needs to continue building her confidence and learning about trust and kindness. She will need an adult-only home that can offer a calm and predictable environment where she can take things at her own pace. Rachel will also need at least one kind and confident resident dog to help guide her and provide comfort, as she can still become easily overwhelmed, but does take reassurance from the presence of other dogs.
