Gala

I need a quiet adult-only home with no visiting kids to keep me stress-free. I need at least one resident dog to help me feel safe, preferably a female my size. I’m frightened and will need a secure garden to learn about being outside. I enjoy secure enclosed areas where I can run around, but the lead still worries me. I’m learning to walk on the lead, it's scary for me but I am toilet trained! I’m fully vaccinated and spayed, ready for my forever home! Gala is an extremely sweet but incredibly sensitive girl who originally came to us from a breeder. Sadly, she has already been adopted twice and returned both times, as the homes simply weren’t the right fit for her. Because of this, Gala is now searching for a very special forever home with people who truly understand her needs and are committed to giving her the time, patience, and stability she has never had. When she first arrived, she was an extremely scared, flighty, and shut-down girl who wanted nothing to do with us humans. Since then, Gala has made some lovely, if small, steps forward. She will now allow a gentle stroke while she is on the sofa, usually for around a minute before she chooses to move away. This is huge progress for her and shows just how brave she is becoming.
