Alfie

I need a calm and quiet home where I can settle in at my own pace. I need a doggy friend in my new home. I haven’t met cats so I’m unsure. I'd like a secure garden to potter around in. I walk well on a lead and would enjoy one or two walks a day! Please be patient with me, I haven’t lived in a home before. I have been treated for suspected cystitis. 17-04-26 Alfie is a very sensitive boy who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a new start. He is very nervous at the moment and can feel a little overwhelmed when being handled as this is very new to him. He is also worried when approaching people, but he remains very gentle in nature. Alfie gets on wonderfully with his kennel friends, perhaps a little too well at times! He has been quite amorous with them and has needed a brief separation, but hopefully now he is castrated this will reduce. Alfie relies on the company of other dogs for comfort and because of this, he will need a kind and steady resident dog in his new home to help guide him and give him the reassurance he needs as he settles in and finds his paws.
