Pedro

I would like a home filled with love and kindness! I need a resident dog to help me settle in and I have never met cats. I would like a secure garden to spend time in. I am learning to walk on a lead, but it's still very new for me. I am neutered and ready to find my forever home! Pedro is a wonderful little boy who came to us from a breeder and is now searching for his loving forever home. When he first arrived he was worried and overwhelmed, but he has already made lovely progress and will now greet you with a waggy tail and has really started to come out of his shell. Pedro takes great comfort from other dogs and will need at least one kind and confident resident dog, ideally larger than him, who can offer reassurance and help guide him as he adjusts. He has shown some resource guarding behaviours around food with other dogs while at the rescue, so he will need an experienced home that can manage this appropriately, including feeding him separately. Pedro would thrive in a calm home with adopters who have rescue experience and can give him the time, patience, and reassurance he needs. With the right support, he has all the potential to blossom into a truly wonderful companion.
