Marvel

Marvel is a 6-year-old male Cross-Breed. He’s a medium-sized lad with a sensitive streak, especially when it comes to meeting new people at home. Despite this, his first family said he settled quickly and was happy to greet visitors once he felt safe. Marvel accepts a collar and has previously used a harness without issue. His lead manners are mostly decent, with only the occasional pull, and even then it’s nothing dramatic. He does, however, become fear-reactive around lively dogs on walks, so he needs space and understanding from other dog walkers. Marvel is fully toilet trained, though he’s not crate trained, and he’s never shown any destructive behaviour. He can be left alone for a few hours without trouble, although he will bark at outside noises. He sleeps soundly overnight with his owner and travels well in the car. Marvel is great with food and loves his treats, showing no signs of resource guarding at all. His former families describe him as a loving, snuggly boy once trust is built. They also say he’s clever, affectionate, and happiest chilling beside his humans. Marvel thrives best in a calm environment without small children or other dogs. With patience and reassurance, he’ll grow into a loyal and devoted companion. His gentle nature shines through once he feels safe and understood.
