Jasper

Jasper is a sweet-natured Tibetan Terrier who is based at Battersea Old Windsor. He is a sensitive lad with lots of potential and is ready to find a calm, understanding environment where he can truly settle. Jasper would like to be the only dog in the home. While he can sometimes lack manners around other dogs, this often comes from feeling unsure or overwhelmed rather than being unkind.
