Zena

Zena is a 3 year 8 month old female Bulldog Cross. Zena is a lovely girl who enjoys cuddles, blankets, sleeping, and receiving attention from her humans. She adores her toys but has a strong dislike for vegetables and raw chicken, as well as being ignored. Most of the time, she is fairly easygoing, but she can be a bit strong on walks. Zena may become unsettled if you are at home trying to work, as she thinks she is a lap dog and wants to be close to you. Zena is crate trained and house trained, often taking herself off to her crate with a toy when she feels the need for some downtime. When walking on the lead, she does well but can be a bit strong, so she would benefit from some additional training to improve her lead manners. She seems very happy when left alone and has never shown any issues, with the longest time being around four hours, although her foster family is confident she could handle longer periods occasionally. Zena is not destructive at home, only occasionally destroying her toys during playtime. She has shown no signs of reactive or aggressive behaviour; in fact, she is described as a very happy and friendly dog. Her diet currently consists of supermarket dried and tinned food, and she is a slow eater, picking at her food throughout the day.
