Pickle is a lively and affectionate 6-year-old who is full of enthusiasm for life. He absolutely loves meeting new people, though he can become very excitable and bouncy in the process, so he’ll need a family who can continue working on calm greetings and help him manage his excitement in new situations. Pickle thrives on activity and would be happiest with an energetic household that can provide plenty of exercise, playtime, and mental stimulation. He’s very food-oriented, which makes him a great candidate for ongoing training, as he’s eager to learn when treats are involved. He is friendly with other dogs and enjoys their company, though he can sometimes struggle to read their signals as he’s just so keen to play. With guidance, he settles well and can walk nicely alongside calmer canine companions.
