Axel

Axel is a 3 year old male Mastiff in need of a new home due to a change in circumstances and his family feel they can no longer meet his needs (any negative comments about this will be deleted). Axel currently lives with children who he has lived with since being a puppy but due to him not being socialised with people or other dogs for quite some time he has begun reacting to strangers so we feel a calm, sensible, experienced adult only home would be best for him. We are confident that with time and sensible introductions he would be happy around children as he’s very loving and playful with the ones he knows and trusts. He also needs to be an only pet for now, but again this is something that could change in time. Axel travels well in the car, is great at the vets, and loves a run around a field with his ball. We are going to spend some more time with Axel to get to know him better and hope we can find the perfect home for this handsome boy. He is vaccinated and chipped, and his neutering will be discussed with our vet. Forever homes can be anywhere within the UK but you will need to travel to where he is in South Yorkshire. As always we require everyone in the family and any children who are regularly going to be in contact with the dog to attend the meet.
